I am a multifaceted talent—actor, wildlife photographer, biodiversity student, and now an impactful producer. I made my debut as a producer with Asylum, a film that boldly blends political satire with mental health awareness. My documentary Saath Paar Zindagi is a heartfelt tribute to five Padma Shri award-winning women from marginalised communities, capturing their resilience and brilliance. My work reflects a deep commitment to showcasing real-life heroes, driven by social consciousness and artistic integrity. Through immersive storytelling and genuine engagement, I strive to bring untold stories to light and empower voices that matter. With empathy, courage, and creative excellence, I aim to redefine purposeful cinema.
A celebrated Indian TV actress, known for roles in Diya Aur Baati Hum, Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, and Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev, She has produced the documentary Saath Paar Zindagi, the award- winning short Asylum, and Manjunath to Manjamma, IDSFFK 2025.

As the producer of ARKESTRA, I, Rishina Kandhari, am proud to champion this Hindi feature film at Film Bazaar’s Co-Production Market 2025. ARKESTRA draws from true stories of teenage dancers from Nepal, Bengal, and Assam, now based in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, navigating exploitation in the Bhojpuri industry. Blending Hindi, Bhojpuri and Bengali for authenticity, it portrays their resilience against societal stigma and systemic pressures, targeting Film Theatres, festival circuits and OTT platforms like Netflix India and ZEE5. With 25% financing secured, I seek co-production partners to amplify this South Asian narrative. My Mumbai-based expertise ensures ARKESTRA’s logistical and creative success. Film Bazaar is the ideal platform to forge global partnerships, delivering a visually compelling film that honours its real-life inspirations and resonates with diverse audiences.
